Every download comes with a personal-use license. Here it is, followed by what it means in everyday terms.

The license
Personal use only. Download, share privately, and make personal prints. Copyright stays with Vitaliy Kotyakov. Commercial use, resale, and redistribution of the gallery are not included.
In plain English
You may
- Download the full-resolution files and keep them on your own devices and backups.
- Share them privately with family and friends, for example in a text, an email or a private family album.
- Make prints for yourself and your family, at home or at any photo lab, in any size.
- Use them in personal keepsakes such as photo books, scrapbooks and frames around the house.
Please don't
- Sell the photos or prints of them, or use them for a business, team, school or club: advertising, merchandise, fundraisers or programs.
- Pass on or publish a whole gallery, such as posting the ZIP file or sharing it in a public folder.
- Present the photos as your own work or strip the copyright details from the files.
- Use watermarked previews or screenshots of them instead of the files you bought.
Who owns the photos
Copyright in every photo stays with Vitaliy Kotyakov. Your purchase gives you the right to use the photos as described above; it does not transfer the copyright. Prints you buy are yours to keep, display and give as gifts.
Posting publicly or using a photo for something else
The personal license covers private sharing. If you would like to post a photo publicly, or use photos for a team, school, business or publication, just ask. We are happy to talk it through.
